RCACF New Member Application

Select the appropriate Membership Level below to begin the application process. A valid Email address, AMA Membership and a quality head / shoulders photo (square format preferred) are required to complete your application. You should have these items available before you start. If you have any issues with this application, contact membership@rcacf.com, or you may also apply by mail using the RCACF Membership Application. For NEW Junior members only, you will also need to complete and submit a Parent / Guardian Consent Form.

If you are a Returning Member, someone who was previously a member but was not a member in the previous year, please select Returning Member. Please do not use any other option as this may complicate the application process.

By joining RCACF, members agree to comply with all AMA and RCACF regulations, and that they have read and understand the Club's current By-Laws and will comply with them. They understand that a new member may be required to be interviewed by the Membership Chairman or other members of the Board as part of the Club's membership approval process.

New Junior - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments
This membership is for anyone 15 years old or younger as of January 1st of the membership year, and will be approved once the AMA membership is verified and a Head/Shoulders Photo is received.

The Junior membership requires a Parent or Guardian to sign and submit a physical copy of the Parent/Guardian Consent form and to accompany the Junior member any time they are at the field.

Membership is restricted until the member is trained and/or certified by one of our Flight Instructors.

New Adult - $250.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments
This membership is for any NEW member, 16 years old or older, and will be approved once the dues are paid, AMA membership is verified, and a Head/Shoulders Photo is received/uploaded. This membership may have prorated dues applied.

Membership is restricted until the member is trained and/or certified by one of our Flight Instructors.

New Snowbird - $150.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments
This membership is for anyone 16 years old or older, and will be approved once the dues are paid, AMA membership is verified, and a Head/Shoulders Photo is received/uploaded.

The membership cost is $150 for a selected 6 consecutive-month period.

Membership is restricted until the member is trained and/or certified by one of our Flight Instructors.

Returning Member - $250.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments
This application is for RETURNING MEMBERS who's membership has lapsed for MORE THAN 1 YEAR, NOT NEW Members. New Members should use either the New Junior or New Adult application. Applicants 16 years old or older, and will be approved once the dues are paid, AMA membership is verified, a Head/Shoulders Photo is received/uploaded, and we have validation of the Parent/Guardian Consent Form. Returning memberships are not prorated.

A returning member is anyone that was an RCACF member at any time in the past, but that their membership has lapsed for one year or more.

Per the Club's Bylaws, all returning members must be recertified by our Flight Instructors regardless of previous experience before they can fly solo at the field.
